Bikes ’n Wines is an organisation that arranged guided cycling tours through the wine lands of Stellenbosch. During the tour the guests will be visiting different kinds of wine estates where they can taste the price winning wine of South Africa. During my time here as an intern I helped in the office to arrange the bookings for the guests, helped with the marketing and promotion and I helped guiding the tours.

Ubizo Events & Tours is a specialist in offering historical and cultural township experiences in Cape Town. Ubizo events & tours has currently employed and trained more than ten tour guides from the township. Ubizo has a wealth of experience and is working with a number of international and local universities and tour operators. The tours are designed in such a way that the customer receives broader experience and better understanding of Cape Town’s diverse cultural heritage. The tour has been developed for young, old, and reflects the universal aspirations of people from diverse backgrounds.
I just came back from a lovely ‘end of year trip’ to Drakensbergen! We flew with the entire AAA Travel and Abang Africa Travel team to Durban. After a very busy and successful year the ‘end of year trip’ is on the calendar every year around November. We were all very excited as the destination was a surprise. We enjoyed ourselves, we did some teambuilding and so we can improve our service to the clients. Abang also organize some small activities sometimes. Like to have lunch with everyone together or celebrate Sinterklaas.
