Did the organization meet the agreements you made beforehand? no, because I was going to make a marketing plan for the upcoming year but they wanted me to develop the new program which is the same degree of difficulty but another task.

Brief description of your daily activities: Answering emails, think of ways to improve the way they work + implement, organize meetings, writing handbooks, structure information of partner organizations, b2b marketing
Brief description of your company assignment: I am developing the outbound programs so Argentinean students can also travel abroad for a cultural exchange. I conducted a market research before I started organizing the program.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My supervisor at work is very smart and is a natural talent in supervising since she checks on me often but also let me do my own things. She values a lot my opinion which makes me feel I am important in the organization.

How long in advance? Yellow fever was required and I took Rabies because there are many dogs on the streets. Two months in advance

I did not
Did the culture of the country influence your performance during the placement in any way? Yes since I am developing a program for Argentinean students, I need to know what they feel and desire at that age and what their parents think and want. These values are often different from the Dutch ones.
