In which department(s) are you working? In am working as the admin intern, this means I am responsible for the administration
Brief description of your daily activities: – Update rates for hotel website
– Arrange hotel bookings and organize tours for leisure groups
– Make Proposals for clients
– Make Cost estimates for clients
– Update Social Media (Facebook and Twitter)
– With the groups (Airport, diners, tours, parties and in the hotels)
Brief description of your company assignment: Writing a markting plan, but you can think up something by your self
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Reasonable, but not excellent, they do not really care about what you are doing and do not ask about it. You have to ask for it by yourself.

Other information

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Do: prepare for the culture of Malta, it is a specific culture.
Visit: The island is not big but visit everything you can like Mdina, Dingli, Blue Grotto, Comino, Gozo, Marsaxlokk, Paceville, San Anton Gardens, Paradise Bay, Golden Bay etc.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Everythiing is very close to each other.
There are no trains on the island, but going by bus is very easily, however please note that there is no timetable and everything is very relaxed, so be patient!
