Company culture: There is no hierarchy because there is only one person working at the office in Curacao. The head office is located in Barcelona, so that is where the boses are, you do have some contact with them from time to time but this is very rare. And when you contact them you won’t notice any form of hierarchy.

Other information

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Go visit all the beaches, especially the ones in the west of Curacao these are more tranquil then the touristic beaches.
Don’t walk alone at night and don’t show of your expensive stuff.
Don’t lose yourself in all the parties and mess up your internship.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: There is lots to do on the island, there are a lot of good restaurants, beautiful beaches and beachbars. The shopping ont he island is not so good , there are a few stores where they have some nice clothes but the stores here are not like the stores in Europe.
