Company culture: There is a head office downstairs, where all the managers are (back office) and there are people working at reception and in the hostel itself as housekeeping or barkeeper (frontoffice). There are special reception supervisors and there are supervisors above them, so there is a big hierarchy but in a good way. It is informal at the front office and also more informal at the back office when you compare it with other offices I guess. It is a good company to work in, with nice staff and a good management.

Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: He’s always helping me if I need it, but he also let me do my own thing and where I’m interested in. Good supervision.
