Organization’s activities: EcoColors offers 1 day and circuit tours in and surrounds the Mayan World.
Target group of the organization: Adventure seekers, environmental lovers and a more affluent market.
Company culture: Everybody in the office is very friendly and easy going. We use a uniform and everybody says ‘Señor and Señora’ (Sir and Madam) to the director and his wife, therefore you can say the company culture is quite formal. Although the company and its employees feels like a family to me and the atmosphere is not formal at all. There is always time for a nice talk.

Number of employees: Depends on the season. At this moment about 14 at the office

Brief description of your daily activities: – Following up/updating information with partner companies:
(calling them, sending them emails and information they need)
– Searching for new companies to partner with
– Social media updates

– Developing a new website
Brief description of your company assignment: My personal assignment is a Social Media research as well as a research in how to improve the website and make it more user friendly and attractive.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: The director of the company is also my supervisor. Generally the supervision is really good, I am always able to ask everything if I have doubts.
