Organization’s activities: Ubizo Events & Tours is a specialist in offering historical and cultural township experiences in Cape Town. Ubizo events & tours has currently employed and trained more than ten tour guides from the township. Ubizo has a wealth of experience and is working with a number of international and local universities and tour operators. The tours are designed in such a way that the customer receives broader experience and better understanding of Cape Town’s diverse cultural heritage. The tour has been developed for young, old, and reflects the universal aspirations of people from diverse backgrounds.

Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Sabu Siyaka (owner of Ubizo Events & Tours) is the supervisor. He is a well educated young man who has a lot of experience in organizing events and tours. He helps the student with his homework and make recommendations.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Cape Town is absolutely the place to be if you like to do outdoor activities. Have a look at www.capetownmagazine.co.za for all the possibilites. My bucket list is still growing instead of shrinking.
