Information about your placement

In which department(s) are you working? I am actually working in all the departments of the company. Absolute Groups & Incentives is a very small company, andt they willl make sure that you get to know every tiny part of the company. A great experience to learn a lot about all the departments.
Brief description of your daily activities: Making offers for the clients and preparing their trips.

Think about: answering mails and phone calls, making bus schedules, making costsheets and powerpoints, prepaire all small things for incoming groups (logo´s, gifts, maps etc.)
Brief description of your company assignment: Absolute Groups & Incentives is a DMC which is specialised in Mallorca and Ibiza.
The office is on Mallorca, but we also offer trips to Ibiza. I will compare these two destinations so the company will have a better view on the current situation. Also i will do research on different markets and company´s and how they offer these destinations.

In the end the company will get a renewed view on the situation and can decide to change certain things.

Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: The supervision by the organization is really great. I can not only ask my own supervisor for help, but also the other employees because it´s such a small company.

Other information

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: You should really explore the island, there is so much to see. And it would be a shame to only stay in El Arenal… For example go to the Tramuntana mountains, Sóller, ofcourse Palma City, and also the eastcoat is really beautiful.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Going out, lovely relaxing on the beach, Aqualand is nearby, also there are so many cool excursions offered in El Arenal.
