Organization’s activities: To develop the touristic offer in the province of Antwerp. TPA is constantly busy with developing and maintaining this offer. At the same time the company helps cities and municipalities and touristic entrepreneurs to improve their product. By the intensive approach they hope that tourists will be pleased to return.
Target group of the organization: People who are using the province of Antwerp for a tourist of leisure purpose.
Company culture: My position is an intern at the Policy and Development department at “the route bureau”. Communication with colleagues is informal, except when somebody is in a higher function.

In which department(s) are you working? The company has thee departments: Internal businesses, Policy and Development, Communication and Marketing. I worked in Policy and Development.
Brief description of your daily activities: Answering e-mails, make phone calls, go to meetings, conduct reports, work on the assignments of the placement (research for auto routes), solve notifications for the routedocter.
Brief description of your company assignment: To investigate the supply and demand side of the auto routes and if it is necessary to invest and maintain.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Good, weekly meetings and nice to work with. They provide me with feedback and useful tips however I still have enough time to be independent.
