In which department(s) are you working? I work at the international part of the company, Ovation DMC.
Brief description of your daily activities: – I have to update the database
– I make proposals
– I will help my colleagues every day with everything that they need at that moment.
– I´m staying in contact with hotels and restaurants and i will ask them general information, to update our database, so we can offer any restaurant or hotel for the clients.

Brief description of your company assignment: I will make a analysis of MICE, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: When I need help, then I ask my colleagues if they can help me.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: If you want to learn a lot of new things and you can speak Spanish, then I will recommend you to go to Ovation Spain in Barcelona.

It is important to speak Spanish, because in the office we will speak Spanish.

If you are someone who really don´t like to stay every day in front of your computer, then I do not recommend to go to Ovation Spain in Barcelona.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Barcelona is a beautiful city and offers a lot of leisure possibilities.
