Company culture: The boss of Jabu Holiday Homes is Willemijn. She arrange mainly everything from Jabu, the company where I also work for. Jabu worsk togehter with 4exchange. This is a company that arranges internships and accommodations for students. The owner of 4exchange is Katelijne and Claudio and Ellen are the other employees. Within the companys everyone is equal, even me the intern. That gives you the feeling you do matter in the company.

In which department(s) are you working? Promotion is the mainly department where I am working. Also I do some marketing as well as the bookings.

Because this is the new name of the company it has to develop.
I will searche for our target group, how we can expend them and make Jabu well-known.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: I have a nice supervision.
My boss Willemijn gives me tasks and always asks me if I am okay with it and what I think about it. Also when I have a problem I can always ask, she also gives me a lot of freedom.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: If your internship is ‘far’ from your accommodation hire a car.
Make sure you start on time with your visa (Weeks before)
make sure you take a lot of money with you, there are so many things to do.
Be careful on your stuff, there are many hobo’s and picket pockets
Never walk alone over street by night
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: climb the table mountain
