In which department(s) are you working? Events department
Brief description of your daily activities: Administrative tasks (updating lists, telephone queries, writing cheques, social media updates), assisting colleagues with preparing proposals and cost estimates for clients and sometimes I could help with the executing of events/ conferences (on site participation).
Brief description of your company assignment: Research about conference/ meeting possibilities in a region out of St Julian’s (where most conference/ meetings already take place)
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Supervision was good, but you need to take initiative to ask for feedback

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Start searching for accommodation in advance, search for an accommodation near the office (in St Julian’s), buses are not reliable.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: In St Julian’s you will find most of the bars and restaurants, but there is a lot more to discover. Visit the other islands Gozo and Comino (blue lagoon), other cities as Valletta and Mdina, beaches, and many more.
