Organization’s activities: Organizing trips towards different dive sites, not just diving also snorkeling. They also have a shop for with equipment for rental, but also clothes. Besides this it is also possible to do rental kayaks.

Company culture: The company culture is really informal, not really hierarchy. You get a lot of opportunities and really independent. The employees are one big family, even after work you have nice chats and drinks.

In which department(s) are you working? Marketing and sales department
Brief description of your daily activities: I am working on several marketing aspects each day, most of the time I am working on social media and maintenance of the website. Besides this I am doing other marketing stuff like design for flyers and contact with cruiselines
Brief description of your company assignment: My company assignment is to create a marketing strategic plan for a new target market.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My supervision is okay, in general you are really free in what you want to do with the marketing. Even though always need to ask promission for somethings

I already lived here in Curacao, so for me is not a big difference. Even though it is not really a different culture as the Netherlands, but you need to adapt to the laziness.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: There is a lot of leisure possibilities,Curacao is known for its nightlife, you can go when you want. Even though there also other activities like going to the beach or have dinner with friends.
