Brief description of your daily activities: Creating program proposals (experiences), preparing the pricelists, communicating with suppliers, which are hotels, restaurants etc.
Brief description of your company assignment: Destination Analysis of Rome. To eventually recommend the company how to sell Rome better.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My company supervisor was really nice and helped me a lot when I had questions.

How did you prepare for the country’s culture?
I asked my supervisor in the SKype interview what the company was like. I heard there were also Dutch people and the team was really young. I did not really prepare.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: I would recommend the students who go to Rome to take some time to pick a room.
I had a lot of problems with my landlord, so it is important to do some research if there are any reviews about the room.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Rome is a big city and there is a lot to do. You can go out, go to dinner or go on tours to get to know the city.
