Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: iI am in the office with Tiziana, the managing director. We work a lot together, but I work also independent. When she is not in the office, I can always call the colleagues in Rome for help.

I didn’t prepare, the culture is not that different. I think Italy is only more chaos than The Netherlands, so you need patience.
