In which department(s) are you working? Tours department
Brief description of your daily activities: Sending out all tour information. Allocating TD’s (Tour Directors) to tours, taking care of contract, evaluations and other important forms. a lot of contact with TD’s and other EF offices all over the world. Answering phone calls. Airport transfers sometimes. Taking care of train, metro and museum tickets.
Brief description of your company assignment: Making a competitors analysis
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: For Roberto (supervisor) it’s really important that the trainee feels welcome at EF. He’s giving good advice and tries to help you wherever he can, in every kind of different situation.

Other information

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Be open and honest with Roberto and Sam. They are very open-minded and flexible.
I would recommend a flat with other international roommates, so much more fun.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: A loooot of awesome places to go out at night. Taking a language or salsa course is easy here too. Also lots of cheap flights to for example Ibiza!
