• Panorama Holidays

  You will be based at the office, which is a 9 till 6 job with a lunch break from 1 till 2. At the office you will help out in the daily activities like making quotations, answering request, updating rooming lists for the tours, keeping in contact with relations about, rates, availability etc. Making itineraries for guest based on their requests and compare hotels, tours and transfer rates to provide the best for the guests.

  At the moment Panorama Holidays is re-branding into PHclick.com, that is why I am also busy with developing and updating the new website and Facebook.

  

• Panorama Destination

  Panorama Destination is a new DMC in Thailand and therefore, creating tours with optional excursions in Thailand. i had the chance to see this all from the beginning.
  hereby did i saw how:
  – the company is settled
  – where the excursions where created
  – how the marketing in a new company is going to work
  – how they find new contracts with suppliers

  

• Divine Diving

  – cooperate in the day-to-day management of operational activities (managing teams, solving problems, contacting customers, ensuring customer satisfaction)
  – keeping social media up to date (SEO, posts on FB, blogs and Instagram)

  Daily activities
  – Answering email from potential guests
  – Update reservations
  – Making offertes
  – Check bookings
  – Keeping up to date information for guests (both paper versions and website)
  – Planning of bookings
