Brief description of your daily activities: – Researching hotels and restaurants through internet.
– Correspond with hotels and restaurants.
– Planning and working out of trips.
– Arranging contracts.
– Making changes at the website.
– Compose files and making travel itineraries.
– Calculating prices.
– Improving and renewing technical flyers of the trips.
– Making PowerPoint presentations.

Brief description of your company assignment: Developing a new trip after analyzing the travel offers of Reizen Lauwers. Discuss ideas and suggestions with the head of the production department. Work out the new trips completely, making a planning, requests and contracts of hotels, road map, composing descriptions and program, calculation of the price and texts for the brochure.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My supervisor is the Manager of the department, he works 3 days in the office every week. He is always available if I have questions.
