Brief description of your daily activities: Make signages, menu’s and tags.
Block events, make event orders and quotations.
Make and send out forecasts with events.
Answer phonecalls.
Sometimes you go on show rounds with clients for example for a wedding.
Brief description of your company assignment: For my assignment I had to take a look at how Corinthia organized their Christmas period, with parties, how they apporached their clients, what was done extra and so on…
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My boss and her assistent helped me out a lot, every question I had the tried to help me with as much as they could.

How did you go to work every day? the first month I lived further away so I took the bus every day, then I moved closer to the hotel and walked there every day (10 minutes walk)

Other information

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Visit as much as you can, enjoy the beaches, see the temples (book a month in advance), visit Valletta and Mdina (especially when the sun sets)! Make the most of the time you have here, because time flies!
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Too much to mention, Malta isn’t very big, but when you’re willing to see and willing to learn, go for it!
