Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: I did the Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon and have been on a glacier. I wend all the way to the south until Jokullsarlon and I wend to the West until Akranes. The night life is cool. I would recommend to try to see as much as possible because Iceland is a beautiful country with wide possibilities.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: The night life in Reykjavik, the city center of Reykjavik, whale watching, Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon, swimming pools, the theater of Harpa.
