Brief description of your daily activities: On PRRM Foreign Internship & Volunteer Program
Develop a database of all our foreign interns and volunteers. (this includes all relevant data)
Review and enhancement/development (if there is a need) of the information materials and forms.
On HR database
Improvement of HR database (Employee’s Profile Record System) – Encoding and updating all the information needed for a more efficient staff record management.
Attending to HR-related requests and inquiries. (This includes providing information/data, preparing certificates, etc.)
Inter-NGO Sports fest (assistance in the preparation & conduct of the Inter-NGO Sports fest.
Brief description of your company assignment: PRRM Foreign Internship & Volunteer Program
• Assessment of the PRRM Internship and Volunteer Program for Foreign Nationals
The intern will be tasked to make an assessment of PRRM’s Internship & Volunteer Program involving foreign nationals – from the year PRRM has started accepting interns & volunteers (around 1990s) up to the present and make recommendations for improvement.
o The assessment can include the following concerns: a) what the interns & volunteers contributed and learned/gained; b) what the institution and/or communities involved learned/gained; c) problem areas; and d) recommendations to improve the program.
• Review & improve the existing orientation seminar/course for foreign interns and volunteers and review and enhance the course learning/communication materials (video, slides presentation & handouts).
PRRM’s Health and Wellness Program
Review and assess the PRRM Health and Wellness Program and make recommendations on improvement.
PRRM Accounting Manual (my request)
Review & enhance the PRRM’s Accounting Manual.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Your supervisor will ask you every now and then how you are doing especially with your placement assignments. You have deadlines for every assignments.
