Company culture: The culture of Enjoy Apartments is informal. Ralph is the boss of the company and the only permanent employee. The others who working at Enjoy Apartments are interns. So you always work with young people.

Brief description of your daily activities: blog writing, track reviews, social media posts, new apartments on the website, checkin and checkouts at apartments and working on the new website
Brief description of your company assignment: I am working on a marketing plan. This relates to the brand Enjoy Apartments, to make it better at the front and back office.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: The communication with Ralph is via Skype. He will give you a lot of tasks, but you can not do them all in that small period. You have to make desicions, which task is more important.. I have a lot of responsibilities. All the responsibility made me more and more independently.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Go to Sitges, Tibidabo Mountain, chill at the beach (day and night) and make a long walk through the city to get to know more local places.
