Organization’s activities: Attracting students from all over the world to learn Spanish (and in some schools for example English, German) in their schools. they have 13 brands of schools with own specialty. Enforex and Don Quijote are their biggest. They make contact with agencies, highschools, etc. from all over the world in order to create more and new partnerships. They have classes for every age rank, the summer schools start at age of 5.

In which department(s) are you working? Marketing department and helping in the info department
Brief description of your daily activities: Marketing:
– sending brochures, pricelists etc. To contacts of IEG
– Internet research. Finding new contacts for IEG to contact for a partnership
– keep track of the materials Enforex has to send
– Making agreements and certificates for partners of IEG
Info deparment:
– one hour per day handling the email account.
Brief description of your company assignment: Market research on The Netherlands and creating new ways and recommendations for enforex to increase their number of Dutch students.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: I must say that I do not have a lot of direct contact with my official supervisor. But she works in the same office so we can meet when needed. I get a lot of help and feedback from other colleagues in the team. My neighbour helps me with questions I have, and fills my days with new tasks if necessary. On the upside it means there is enough room for own initiative.

– be open and not scarred of new situations
– always have you phone with you and charged
– discover new places you neighboorhood

– offend people with being a ´´dutch´´ person. Keep you opinion to yourself

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Partyscene is great in Madrid. The city also has a lot of secrets which the tourists do not know. Go and explore for yourself.
