Company culture: The company’s culture is very informal. The employees are very nice and friendly, which makes it a very relaxed atmosphere. The boss however, lives in Holland. Therefore, the communication is via email, which makes it more difficult.

Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: I have two company supervisors. My boss is the main person, but since she lives in Holland, I get supervision from another person in the office, who is nice and friendly.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Use your time to travel around in Peru, it is a beautiful country and has a lot to offer!
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Cusco is a great city! There are many restaurants, bars and clubs, so you have a lot of opportunities to go out. You can also take free salsa classes every night in different clubs or take individul classes whenever you want. Also the surroundings of Cusco are beautiful. You can go hiking or do many different day trips such as zip lining or quad biking. There is also a mall, where you can go shopping or go to the movies!
