Company culture: diethelm travel sarawak is a subsidiary of diethelm travel malaysia. the diethelm travel group is present in many asian countries, originating from thailand, and is very popular. in the kuching office there is a clear hierarchy but it is not too formal.

Brief description of your daily activities: office tasks: copy text from documents to other documents or copy and print welcome signs etc.

field tasks: guide tourists groups on their tours.
Brief description of your company assignment: corelate the development of the aviation industry to developments in the tourism sector and travel behaviour.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: not much communication. the tasks i get, i get from a colleague.
