In which department(s) are you working? Vibe/Brand management, Groups, Weddings, Sales
Brief description of your daily activities: Organizing events for groups and families that take place in the hotel, including weddings, conferences and incentives. Daily activities also include purchase orders, invoices,proposals, pre-planning meetings with clients, supervising the actual event, etc.
Brief description of your company assignment: My company assignment is to establish a marketing plan for the amenity Music Lab, which is offered to guests of all All-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel properties.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Supervisor gives sufficient support and instructions but also leaves space to work independently.
