Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My supervisor works for over 6 years at Odysseys Surf School and gives me the opportunity to learn several new things. The assignments I received from her where dynamic and challenging.
She gives good feedback on each assignment and new ideas are appreciated.

The culture of Bali is Hindu, this means that all the people are very friendly and are willing to help you in all kind of circumstances.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Rent a scooter and explore the island, there are so many things to do and to see;
Check the website www.thebalibible.com to get an impression of Bali.
I always use this site and tripadvisor to look for new restaurants and things to do.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Bali is one of the best places in the world to surf since there are waves for all levels of surfers.
Kuta Beach is the best place to learn surfing and Odysseys Surf School is located in front of the Beach.

Bali has good places to party in Seminyak & Kuta.
Kuta has really good restaurants, beaches, cinemas, and a lot more to offer.
By scooter you can be very fast in other areas of Bali, with the scooter you can explore the island and visit the many Highlights that Bali has to offer.

No one can be bored in Bali since there is always a fun thing to do
