In which department(s) are you working? Service office, central booking office for the 8 RCN campsites in France
Brief description of your daily activities: answering the phone and e-mails. sending brochures. Make bookings. Bookkeeping, preparing cash registers. little reception work.
Brief description of your company assignment: I had 2 assignments both assignments are about the PRL on the campsite. PRL are the people that have a rental lot, with their own mobile home. they spend 8 months a year on the campsite. 1, create options for empty rental lots on the campsite. 2, renewing the contracts of the people on the PRL.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: the first few weeks were a bit messy, and un organised, it took a few weeks for me to get my assignment clear. but the people here are very nice and helpful if there is a problem.

What did the company pay for/to you? you get a financial compensation, of 75 euro’s a week. Your in- and out bound flight is paid for. your accommodation is arranged. and you get 2 meals a day.

I did not prepare much because I had 1 week from the moment I was hired until the moment my flight left.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Do: Work hard and enjoy you time in France!
don’t: Get annoyed with everyone living on Petit ( the small campsite for staff) because there is a lot of people in a very small place.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: there are lot’s of things to do in the surroundings, visit one of the beaches. Or visit Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, St. Maxime ect.
