Company culture: The hierarchy in general is very different from the Netherlands. At CTO UK there wasn’t much of hierarchy, Carol did have her own office but her door was always open.

In which department(s) are you working? Marketing Department
Brief description of your daily activities: Email, phone, post, CTG, events, updating documents, creating flyers etc in general it was a lot of preparing for everyone and for the different shows we did. I also had the oppurtunity to attend different events and meetings: WTM 2015 (the biggest trade event of the year), Dive show, CTO’s meet the media event, CTO’s networking event, the Telegraph travel show, CTO christmas party and the strategy meeting.
Brief description of your company assignment: My company assignment was on how to attract Dutch youth travelers to the Caribbean.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Everyone was there to help when needed.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: I recommend to go out, explore the city and have fun. London is very busy with lots of people but can get very lonely sometimes
