Company culture: Very informal, they are like your family and boss in one.
Great fun and a good working environment.
Culture is about the same as in the Netherlands, only you have to get
used to the farming culture in the area you live in. Great and friendly people!
Number of employees: 3 plus a lot of tour guides

Information about your placement

In which department(s) are you working? All departments,
you do especially the social media, finance,
sales and products. Actually everything.
Brief description of your daily activities: marketing, sales, product, branding.
Sell tours, learn about the tours (by doing them), finance, accounting,
whatever needs to be done.
Dealing with customers over phone in person and via e-mail,
also dealing with the tour guides who run the tour and all the facilities
the tour goes through. (shark cage diving companies, sealion companies,
national parks, accommodation camping facilities)
Brief description of your company assignment: I analyzed the type of person that were doing our tour from the season
of 2015/2016. This assignment was based on our numbers and formulated
into Excel statistics, and later analyzed.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Hassie (the boss) he is a great guy, very Australian and laid back. He helped me a lot with everything and you can always ask him more! He likes you to show initiative and is willing to base decisions on what you tell him, he lite-rarely trust all his Dutchies (and WWOofers, backpackers who work on the farm) as if they are his own children

the most beautiful beach with huge great bight cliffs will be your backyard!

Swimming with sealions and dolphins
Venus bay walk see some dolphins jumping next to you
Campground of Coodlie Park (watch the milky way in the night, best galaxy of the country!)
