There is one boss, the manager who makes the end decisions but there is not a very authoritarian structure within the company.

Brief description of your daily activities: I have worked mainly with a new reservation system (called Toogo), made tour description, translated tour descriptions, making quotations for travel itineraries, making presentations with Powerpoint or Prezi
Brief description of your company assignment: Looking at the market of cyclist, get to know more information about this group as there is lots of potential for cyclingtrips in Colombia

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Explore as much as possible! And don´t rely too much on Colombians, they don´t stick to their promises, so don´t depend too much on them 😀
