– marketing
– front office and back office
Brief description of your daily activities: financial section means that the you’ll have to do the invoices for the tours and work out the costs for the tours to see whether there is a profit or loss.
With marketing and the digital development. You’ll have to keep working on social media and might do a compettion or something.
Reservatoins means that you’ll be doing the bookings and answer the phones.
In addition, we have Coodlie Park. Almost daily do I do a welcome chat in the front office. Receiving people do we default on Thursday because then come the tours along. also, there are plenty of work at the camp site.
Brief description of your company assignment: My company assignment get the digital marketing plan. Hassie and Jo aren a bit ‘old-school’ so our digital generation could help them alot.
We had a big brand exposure and we’ve change te logo’s. Developed the website and got live on a lot of new online listing websites. etc. etc. etc.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: Hassie (the boss) he is a great guy, very Australian and laid back. He loves to help the dutchies and he loves our help for the organisation. You’ll be involved in the organisation but also in the family, something you wont get anywhere else. He likes you to show initiative and is willing to base decisions on what you tell him, he lite-rarely trust all his Dutchies (and WWOofers, backpackers who work on the farm) as if they are his own children
