Company culture: EcoColors has an informal culture. It is a small company of 20 people and everybody knows each other, it feels like a family. Respect between each other is very important and everybody is very friendly.

Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My supervisor is Kenneth Johnson, the director of the company. Every week we have a meeting to discuss what activities I have done during the week and what I am going to do for the following week. Furthermore we discuss the company goals.

The manager of the Sales department is Katy Rangel.
