In which department(s) are you working?
I am working in the Asia department and handling mostly the FIT bookings for the Japanese clients. Moreover, I am also helping the M.I.C.E division if necessary.
Brief description of your daily activities: My daily activities are handling the bookings and contacting guides for the requests. Besides, I can work on several projects such as finding new potential clients and contacting suppliers and updating their new prices.
Brief description of your company assignment: My company assignment is a survey among clients. To found out the opinion of the clients towards SIT and analyzing the answers for improvements.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: The supervision is good. You can work on your own, but if you need anything or help you can always speak to the supervisor or colleagues.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Malta is a small country, so there are many leisure possibilities across the country. For example: Blue Lagoon, Peaceville, Valletta, Mdina, Golden Bay, Popeye Village, Marsaxlokk, Gozo and Saint Paul's Bay.
