Brief description of your daily activities: Usage of the online reservation systems
-Manage bookings in Fidelio system
-Daily monitoring of all social media platforms review sites booking.com
-Involved with weekly Sales & Marketing meetings
-Assist with small marketing and promotional projects
-Assist with monthly data input and analysis to assist the pro-active sales team with their account manage
Brief description of your company assignment: I have been engaged with a personally dedicated task of analyzing and collecting feedback received on online platforms.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Make sure that you speak a good level of english and if you speak more languages that’s also an advantage, make sure that you dress nicely to work wearing a white shirt and blue pants, if you don’t know something its always alright to ask questions from either from your supervisor or from your colleagues
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: my placement took place in a hotel in the city centre near the chain bridge in Budapest so there are a lot of leisure possibilities to do in Budapest
