Information about your placement

In which department(s) are you working? Customer Services
Brief description of your daily activities: • Check cabin reports for aspects concerning IFE programs and the Premium Economy class and send them to Jose Mandrion Soria (my working colleague).
• Create Excel sheets about the Feedback of the Crew on the Premium Economy class.
• Support in the implementation of measurements to ensure and improve an excellent quality in the Premium Economy products.
• Answering the telephone.
• Create graphs and figures about company complaints and improvements in the IFE section.
• Do a national and international bench marketing analysis about the mayor competitors of TUIfly in the sector of IFE programs.

Brief description of your company assignment: My placement assignment is to do research on how in-flight entertainment can be improved at TUIfly and how feasible is it to implement new methods. Moreover, I need to analyze the trends and developments in this field and find out how IFE programs will look alike in the future.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: I have a direct supervisor, which is the manager of the section (not to mistake with the manager of the department). We do monthly feedback sessions and she is in contact with the NHTV supervisor.

Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Great for outdoor jogging (lots of green areas), climbing hall, shopping in the city centre, check out what is going on at night (good possibilities to go out).
