Not clearly one department. I assisted them with where ever they needed me.

Making reservations with suppliers
Producing tour documentation for our scheduled tours
Requesting supplier rates, images and confirmations
Data capturing, research, and other office administration duties
Updating website information
Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels
Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Don’t walk alone after it gets dark. I did that myself sometimes because I looked like a ‘tico’ but some friends I knew got robbed.
