Eventmanagement and consultancy

Brief description of your daily activities: – preparation, execution and post-processing of promotional events around Germany
– sending out event invitation to potential customers, schools, etc.
– preparing and checking power point presentations for events
– giving presentations at events
– planning my own informational event
– welcoming customers in the office
– travel consultancy with customers regarding work and travel
– several smaller administrative activities
Brief description of your company assignment: Ideation, planning, preparing and executing my own promotional event at the office in Hamburg, with purpose to inform potential new customers about products of the company and winning new customers with a new type of event, together with returnees who already went on a trip with the company.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: My supervision by the company was amazing. My supervisor was in the office almost every time, was great support for every task, I could always ask questions regarding my own tasks, the company and other job fields within the company. Also, the work climate and relation between me and my supervisor and colleagues was very close and familiar.
