Marketing department

– Continuously improving the Marketing department
– CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities
– Assist the CEO with creating new experiences
– Sometimes helping out the Operations department
Brief description of your company assignment: Creating a Marketing Plan, to give more guidelines to the company for the future marketing
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: I mostly worked on my daily tasks indepently, especially because I was the first intern solely for Marketing and there wasn’t a real employee for Marketing who could’ve helped me out. I could go to my supervisor for anything and he would always try to help me out, this goes for the other employees as well. They all were very nice too.

Other information
Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: I would recommend to look for a room early on as there a lot of students that are looking for a room around the same time as well, which means that rooms can be quickly taken. Also look carefully if you need a Codice Fiscale to be able to rent a room, as it may take a while before you receive it.
Don’t stress too much about your internship, Rome is a very nice city and the team at NOTA BENE is very willing to help you out with anything!
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: There a lot of things to visit in the center of Rome, which is easily accessible by public transport. There are tons of options for sightseeing, shopping, nice restaurants and some fun bars for drinks. Especially the neighbourhood Trastevere has very good and cheap restaurants and bars!
Furthermore you can also visit other Italian cities very easily by train.
