Organization’s activities: My daily tasks will consist of assisting in annual recruitment and training program, frequent pre tour communication of the Tour Directors & supporting them pre tour. Occasionally I will also be responsible for the provision of short services (document delivery, airport transfers, possibility group meet and greet). Other tasks I will be responsible for include admin and general department finance functions. Additionally I will help with on tour issue resolution when necessary.

Company culture: I worked in a tour director division with 2 other people. Hereby was one my supervisor who I could ask everything. the other one I did was just doing her own job. there was a boss but you do not really talk to him as you get your orders from your supervisor

Brief description of your company assignment: Did not finish mine because of corona, wanted to do a marketing strategy to attract more dutch tour directors

Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: the supervision was good, I was helped the first 2 weeks and than got to do more bymyself, eventually she was just there to help me if I did not understand something. She always answered my questioneed if needed to
