Brief description of your daily activities: Planning and Organising
• Co-ordinate and deliver the Orientation Program for new employees and other company training programs.
• Ensure training material and equipment is kept up-to date.
• Assist with new design, deliver and facilitate training programmes as require
Training Needs Analysis
• Assist the L&D Executive to identify training needs through a Training Needs Analysis using Performance Appraisals, employee and guest satisfaction surveys, guests’ comments, one-to-one meetings with Heads of Department.
Coordination with Operational Coaches
• Assist the L&D Executive in communicating all updates on Service Standards and SOP’s Lead and motivate the Operational Coaches providing clear direction and addressing priorities.
Training Design and Delivery (in liaison with Operational Coaches/L&D Executive)
• Design, deliver and facilitate training programmes as required.
• Support projects / HR initiatives and programs.
• Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
Training Evaluation
• Evaluate all training activities conducted in the hotel.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all training activities

Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: I had an amazing experience with my supervisor, who was very kind and helpful. She offered me guidance, but at the same time, she offered me the opportunity to work independently.
