The regional office of Madrid, which is part of Educational First.
Brief description of your daily activities: I was responsible for distributing train and metro tickets. Next to that, I was sending out pre-tour information and several administrative tasks.
Brief description of your company assignment: EF launched a new app for the tour directors. I conducted a satisfaction research towards this app.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: The regional office of Madrid is a very nice company to work for. They really help you with everything.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Madrid is a super cool city. You do most thing by foot. They have several touristic highlights. such as royal palace, plaza de mayor, markets and much more. Next to that, the city never sleeps and there are always activities in the city.
