In which department(s) are you working?

I have worked in the Front office department and the Food and beverage department and I am currently working in the Talent and culture department (HR department).

Brief description of your daily activities: I work on the creation and execution of different trainings, do projects related to the legal system, creat ideas for social media platforms, overlook the process of payroll and more.
Brief description of your company assignment: I am making a lock book containing all the changes and restrictions undertaken due to COVID 19 in the departments I have worked at and making analysis if the were right for the organization.
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: I have a supervisor who is part of the HR department. She overlooks my work and supports me with any questions I may have.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: If you are going on a placement in Bulgaria be prepared for dealing with a lot of different people and have in mind that Bulgarians are very emotional.
