Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Do not think you can live cheap in Norway, it is more expensive than I expected.
Also Norwegians are pretty shy, but if you start the conversation they will be more open.
You cant buy alcohol under 20 or after 20:00 hours
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: You can visit many things in Oslo, museums, other highlights or go an a hike. You can go to a club when you are over 20 years old. You can go on many hikes, because Oslo is very close to the nature, which is beautiful. It is also easy to travel around the country to other cities.
