– Keeping daily communication with suppliers like hotels and restaurants.
– Assistance during travels and events.
Brief description of your company assignment: NOTA BENE travel & events is opening a new sales location in the US (NB INCENTIVES). How should the company approach this project on a marketing level?
Comment briefly on your supervision by the organization: The supervision is fine, it depends a bit on your supervisor since some work part-time and some work full time.

Recommendations on what to do and what not to do: Enjoy it! Time will fly by and try to do as much as possible.
Leisure possibilities in the city/surroundings of where the placement took place: Rome is an amazing city and there is so much to see besides the famous highlights. Explore local markets and other neighborhoods. Also, explore the small cities outside of Rome. Go to the Ostia Beach, Lake Albano and Lake Bracciano. Plan a trip to Florence, Bologna, Puglia, or Naples. Train tickets are very cheap and you should use this.
